For legal reasons, our payment provider - Stripe - has to verify your ID. Otherwise your account will be blocked once you reach a certain amount invoiced on Side. 

Once you uploaded the picture of your ID, we send it to Stripe so that it can be verified. 

Your picture has to be: 

  • a picture of passport or National ID Card
  • a picture of good quality (in color, no flash, not blurry or cut)
  • a picture of an ID from one of those countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium,Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States Passport

ID verification can take a few days. If your ID does not respect one of the criteria above, we'll reach out to you to ask you to submit a new ID. 

If you have no news from us on this topic, it means ID check went good and your ID is verified. If your payments were blocked, it should take 3 days them to be unlocked.
